Include +/- zoom buttons for fragments

Some apps have a map inside a page like Ushahidi. With MapsAPI it's not easy to zoom in, unless one double taps, but not everybody knows this. Pinching seems easier with Google Maps. The latter also has -/+ buttons in the bottom and it would be nice if they could show with MapsAPI.
