Welcome Api key is not available. The site https://www.mapzen.com/developers is down. Can I still get the api key?

You can head to https://developers.nextzen.org/ to get an API key for the Nextzen Tiles system. We'll have to update the documentation to point there.

@iandees updating both https://github.com/mapzen/documentation/blob/master/docs/overview/api-keys.md and e.g. https://www.mapzen.com/projects/vector-tiles/ would be helpful
