tileserver-php could not serve to DNS CNAME records

i have tested it with domainand sub domain but could not get success working. what i am missing? Here what is did. Created sub-domain http://my.example.com/ configured the tileserver on it so it is up and running. Now in hosting created 4 CNAMEs (my-0.example.com my-1.example.com my-2.example.com my-3.example.com) records pointing to my sub-domain http://my.example.com/. Waited so these can propagate. Checked CNAMEs with online network tools, these are working and pointing to http://my.example.com/. Then updated base urls in tileserver ('my.example.com', 'my-0.example.com', 'my-1.example.com my-2.example.com', 'my-3.example.com'). i get just one set on tiles remaining not displaying. what i am missing?
