How does maptalks support mapbox vector tile at the moment

Hi:

I'd like to know how does maptalks support mapbox vector tile at the moment? Should I still use the maptalks.mapboxgl plugin to load mapbox-gl-js as the backend or maptalks can handle the vector tile layer itself?

Also, how about the 3D buildings as the fill-extrusion type in mapbox-gl-js?
