Feature Request: Validate project can have an option to indicate an oversized building

An option to indicate that a building is correctly mapped in shape, but simply oversized, could be helpful.

please describe your suggestion in more detail. as noted in #950 the answers for validate are already customizable and so a project manager should be able to set this up if they need it for their analysis.
