add integration test for stats generation

currently there are no tests, thus multiple issues went through to live during the last months. Some of these issues will be fixed in #920 but for further development having accurate tests seems crucial.

Issues already fixed with #920 :

  • agreement calculation was wrong
  • unnamed columns made it through to the final csvs

Hey! I wanted to ask if Issue https://github.com/mapswipe/python-mapswipe-workers/issues/923 (Add integration test for stats generation) is still available to work on? Also, is it okay if I use AI tools for help as long as I write and review everything myself?
