Manager Dashboard: Display Team Setttings for Footprint projects

Currently the team settings are not display for footprint projects.

it works. I just didn't look properly :facepalm:

okay but now:

  • first select a team
  • then the team settings will appear
  • then change the project type
  • the team settings will disappear, but should stay there.
