Update definition for SingleImageryProjectType

We define different types of projects in flow-types.js. Currently the SingleImageryProjectType refers to buildArea projects and completeness projects. We might want to make the distinction between these two clearer. since completeness projects use a second map layer, e.g. to overlay building footprints on satellite imagery.
