Update node dependencies

Currently we're running Mapseed's front end on Node version 10.16.

Can anybody chip in?

I just came across this project and would love to help out. Looks like this might actually be done already though over here https://github.com/mapseed/platform/pull/2321. Will continue to poke around if there are areas I can chip in, but if you know of anything pressing feel free to let me know.
