Thumbnail preview when attaching image to a report

Reports with images attached are critical to a good user experience.

After a user uploads an image to attach it to a report, it just displays a small title with the image's filename and doesn't provide good confirmation that you've indeed attached an image.

A small thumbnail preview would be ideal, or at least some sort of more obvious message that the image is attached and ready to go.
