Improve "Get Involved" page for better onboarding

Our "Get Involved" page is perhaps the most important, but needs a lot of love right now.

At the moment it's super minimal. It needs a visual design makeover to incorporate things like:

• Easy to read symbols that provide clear pathways to get involved with the project. Example pathways can include calls to action for:
  • Designers
  • Researchers
  • Journalists
  • Neighborhood Captains
  • Youth
  • Software Engineers
  • Data Scientists
  • Policy Geeks
  • Community Organizers
  • Non-profit leaders
• A clean simple input field for email signup to the announcement list
• A financial tip jar for those who want to help but don't have time
• Social media buttons
• [ ] Ref links that don't require reload of the browser
