GitHub allows users to add a custom sponsorship/donate/donation link button to their repositories. https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/displaying-a-sponsor-button-in-your-repository
Additionally, I would be willing to create a PR to add badges to the README.md(s), at least for the Donate page. Feel free to let me know if this is a good idea, and if so what others you would like to see.
I have previously done this for other OSM-related repositories.
OSMUS could also apply such thing organisation-wide with all repos, including charters, where (still) needed.

Why is this useful?
Allows (GitHub) users to more easily discover the Donate page. More prominently shows you are open to funding and similar.
