Make website tags into links in tag fix challenges

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When doing a tag fix challenge that involves websites, it can often be useful to open the website. This takes a number of clicks at the moment.

Describe the solution you'd like In views other than edit tags mode, so view all tags and the default proposed tag change view, website tags (at leastwebsite, contact:website and url) should be made into clickable links.

Describe alternatives you've considered The creator of the challenge can add moustache tags to the description, but this is not as obvious or neat, and has the issue of the multiple possible tags that could be used.
