Add a filter on challenge type: Overpass / GeoJson

Hi @mvexel,

What do you think about adding an "advanced filter" on the page https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges to allow users to filter challenge by "type" : Overpass / GeoJson

Happy to consider this, but could you give an example of when a regular end user may want to use this filter?

Sure. It is linked to #1800. In fact, filtering on type=Overpass can allow users to list challenge that can be "easily" reproduce on another area. Example the user contribute on a challenge in Paris but he wants to reproduce the same chalenge on Toronto, etc.

Also it can allow users to find archived projects that can be easily reanimated.
