Leaderboard, clickable user

Clicking a username or user picture in the leader board could link to the osm profile of the user. This QOL would make it easier to check out other users doing similar Challenges.

Alternatively, we could have a public profile page to link to. Similar to the existing private profile page (see screenshot) but with a subset of the information.

Let's link to the OSM user profile for now, we can think of a public MR profile page for 4.0
