Get User data per challenge from API?

Is it possible to obtain per-challenge user data from the API? I'm working on a 3rd party app where we would ideally like to display for each challenge:

• total # tasks fixed, already fixed, skipped, too hard, not an issue
• user id's who have worked on challenge, and for each user:
• user's # tasks fixed, already fixed, skipped, too hard, not an issue
