Can't delete challenge

Admin list of challenges. Click on Options -> Delete of one of the challenges. A message pops up that the challenge was deleted. But it is still in the list. I do reload. Still in the list. I try the whole thing again and now Maproulette is completely dead. Site doesn't answer any more.
