[Feature] Simple way to adjust clock frequency

Right now it's pinned to 100kHz, why not have a little menu where you can set the frequency to your own value or select from a few, like 1kHz, 10, 50, 100, 200 and so on. Make it easy to test how programs run under-clocked or over-clocked.
