copyright and license notice for python_grid_utils.cpp in a c++ project

Hello,

I have used modified versions of python_grid_utils.cpp and python_grid_utils.hpp in a c++ project. I have following questions with regard to copyright notice and license: 1- What should the copyright notice be on these modified files? 2- Should the entire project be licensed under LGPL? 3- If yes for 2, should I add the copyright and license text for all the files of the project?
