Mapnik binaries with Rasterlite Plugin - Windows 7 (32bits)

It would be great to have binaries with Rasterlite included for Windows 7 (32bits)

It would be great to include Rasterlite plugin by default or to create a version with this plugin included.

In general, it should be easier for user to add plugins. Compiling is not something accessible to anyone.

I dont think so. I switched my installation to ubuntu 14.04. Adding plugin or compiling mapnik is a lot easyer under linux.
