minZoom doesn't work as expected

Maputnik version: v1.7.0, master Browser: Microsoft Edge OS: Windows

Description of the bug: place_village does not care about minZoom property. It still appears only at certain zoom level, not at the one I set in minZoom Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Find place_village property
  2. Modify minZoom to 6
  3. Zoom out
