Light mode support

Dark mode is applied for layer tree and editor panel by default, I wonder if it is possible to support light mode?

@exotfboy currently the only way to change the appearance of the editor would be to adapt the CSS (there is no option to switch between dark and light mode as there is no light mode currently).

But thanks for your suggestion, I'll add the discussion label to this issue. Would be interesting to find out if there's a general demand for a light mode.

Just stopping by to ➕ this. When working on a computer that doesn't have the backlight on full the inputs are very difficult to make out. Would love an option when launching Maputnik to set it to light and have it launch with the colors inverted. White bg, slightly grey inputs, black text, ect.

If it's not too much of a lift to set that up on the tool side, happy to PR an alternative CSS for that myself.
