No way to hide whole layer group

Two people suggested in the survey that it would be useful to be able to show/hide whole layers groups, not only single layers.

It would be also useful to be show/hide all layers in the style, e.g. when you're working on a single layer and there is a need to switch between showing all layers and only this single layer you're working on.
