Updated tracy dependencies to 0.8.1, with tracy-client to 0.14.* and tracing-tracy to 0.10.*

Re-run maplibre-demo without any additional errors.

Did you test this with tracy v0.8.1?

Also, the task requires documentation about the referenced table. I think it fits in the book where tracy is mentioned.

Right, managed to find some time to get tracy's profiler working. Needed to change one more function to a macro for the tracy server to work.
