Support Garmin TCX files

Thanks for the updated mapillary_tools! I used them for uploading more than 7k images from a bike ride on the weekend (in batches of 1000 images).

I recorded the track with my Garmin watch, the track then lands on my machine via tapiriik as a TCX file. I can convert the file with GPSBabel to use it, but if your tools would support these files too, this would be dope!

Hi, great that the upload went well. I will look into the TCX format, I havent worked with it yet, thank you for the information.
