transparent lepton compression

requires support on the server, but if the server supported lepton, the client could transparently compress JPEG using the lossless https://github.com/dropbox/lepton saving ~22% of the upload time when bandwidth bottle necked. When we're talking about uploads that take days 22% is huge.
