[BUG] - Envs cannot be used in BOps

Bug Description

While trying to use an Env created in the configuration in a BOp as a module dependency, no value is resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an environment variable in the json configuration,
  2. Try to use it a BOP - It won't be resolved.
