Can't start print app

im deploy latest MFP on tomcat 9.0.70 with JVM 11.0.17. I copied the rar file to webaaps folder of tomcat. When i start the print app, it fail with error message

FAIL - Application at context path [/print] could not be started

pls how to trace the problem?
