Allow setting comments on predefined custom properties

For predefined custom properties, it would be nice to allow setting comments, which can help explain their purpose or their valid values. The comments could show in tool tips.

Suggested as part of #129.

I had the same idea or better put, I feel the very same need. Tooltips would be really helpful!
