Select multiple tables before setting sub-user privileges

When giving privileges to Sub-Users it would be handy to set privileges for several selected tables in the Datebase tab.

This would also be handy when setting mapping for ElasticSearch index

Preparatory work is now done on the backend to provide for multiple updates on both layers and fields. The new Tag and Meta functions can make multiple updates. Now we just need to add a GUI element to make this work for other property settings.
