Updates to latest node-pre-gyp

This PR updates node-pre-gyp to the latest version.

With the older version I was getting errors when installing @mapbox/s2 locally and on Travis with the latest node.js. Updating it solved it in both cases.

@gerhardberger any idea why this hasn't been merged? Would be nice to have. Better yet, any functioning port of S2 to node would be great.

Given that this project has been tagged banished by Mapbox, we decided to start porting the S2 Library to use N-API bindings to support Node 10+ here: https://github.com/radarlabs/s2
