"no fakeroot" warning on centos7

Installing mason packages on centos7 I see what looks like a non-fatal error around fakeroot. I'm not sure what we are using fakeroot for, so I plan to dig into this:

* Downloading binary package linux-x86_64/lldb/3.9.1.tar.gz...
which: no fakeroot in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin)
* Installed binary package at /usr/local/src/mason_packages/linux-x86_64/lldb/3.9.1
