[Bug]: Incorrect localization on rate your ride screen on CarPlay.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start active navigation trip on CarPlay.
  2. Wait till ride finishes and set rating for it.
  3. Observe behavior.

Expected behavior

CarPlay should not use RATING_STARS_FORMAT in a template and introduce more suitable localization strings.

Actual behavior

CarPlay ride rating localization label is not informative. For example:
