Remove `CarPlayManagerDelegate.carPlayManagerDidEndNavigation(_:)` delegate method.

Since CarPlayManagerDelegate.carPlayManagerDidEndNavigation(_:) was replaced by CarPlayManagerDelegate.carPlayManagerDidEndNavigation(_:byCanceling:) but couldn't be deprecated/obsoleted because of various issues described in this comment it'll have to be removed in next major release.
