[Bug]: Navigation camera behavior is not smooth in case if route is really short.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start example application.
2. Request really short route.
3. Observe behavior.

Expected behavior

Camera animation should be smooth.

Actual behavior

Camera animation is not smooth. Here's example of current issue:

We do not hear a lot about this behavior, so moving out of v2.1 scope for now.
