Icons in Symbol layer rotate displacing from their position when the map rotates

Environment

• Android OS version: 13, 14, 15, Not related to any specific android version
• Devices affected: OnePlus Nord CE2 Lite, Nothing Phone 1, etc.
• Maps SDK Version: 11.10.3

Observed behavior and steps to reproduce

When rotating the map the icons displayed on the map using symbol layer are displaced from the original position and it looks odd. This wasn't the behaviour when using the Mapbox V10 SDK. I have attached the video for your reference

Expected behavior

It should be anchored on the same location while rotating the map
