Implement Cluster border customization on PointAnnotationGroup

New Feature

The customization for clusters on PointAnnotationGroup is quite restrictive.

Maybe adding the possibility to link a layer to the cluster could be a great upgrade.

Why

For example, I want to create a design like this for my cluster :

As the PointAnnotationGroup look near my design, I use and implement the design.

Sadly, It doesn't support the border modification, moreover it looks like I can't change the cluster icon if I want to display a warning icon.
