com.mapbox.maps.testapp.examples.GesturesActivity is not removing gesture listeners

In the sample app com.mapbox.maps.testapp.examples.GesturesActivity is not removing gesture listeners. IIUC from docs this is required. It's confusing that the sample app doesn't do this but still works fine.
