How to use the Offline-Tool with QT?

Hello,

i am very new and a noob to to QT and Programming. But i need help to get a Offline Database with the offline Tool. Qt links to the Offline Tool, but without any discribtion how to use it in QT or generate a File to use it in QT. The only thing i need from the offline Tool is, that it gives me a .db File with my own style. But i don´t know how i can use it. (in Windows)

Can anybody Help me?
