Projected maps don't zoom around mouse

During the rotate/shear transition, maps don't zoom about the location of the mouse. The worst case I can find is when you repeatedly have to fight this:

Found another instance of this which makes it harder to zoom in to locations that will auto rotate when zoomed into.
