Should not show powered by when using external source

Hi guys I am using geocoder with only localGeocoderOnly for the search, in this case I believe there is no need to show powered-by in the footer of the search, either allow to pass powered-by option when creating geocoder or if localGeocoderOnly is true and has externalGeocoder.
