Support for Optimization API

This is a placeholder for a variant of Directions API v5 that we’ll want to support in MapboxDirections.swift soon.

This is about the Optimized Trips API, which is currently available as a preview. There’s quite a lot of overlap between that API and Directions API v5, which is why @danpat and I think MapboxDirections.swift would be a good home for it. We may be able to take advantage of the generic interface that allows the v4 and v5 API support to coexist.

@abouroubi thank you for your interest in this library. We still don't have a timeline for Optimization API support but it's on our radar. We'll keep this ticket updated as we make any progress.
