Animated dash line
Making progress on this. Not sure why the LineLayer is flashing though. My guess is that it has to do with the calculations that I'm doing in the Runnable's run() method 🤔

@langsmith is this feature has been implemented to animate the dashed lines?
hey @harry-wilson , thanks for your interest in Mapbox. I still haven't figured out how to get rid of the flashing, nor the right lineDasharray values to have the lines look like they're moving seamlessly. You'll notice in the GIF above that at a certain point, the lines appear as if they're coming out of a dot.
cc @1ec5 who's accomplished this marching ants look on other platforms.
Thanks @langsmith for your effort on the task. I'll be waiting for this amazing feature to apply for traffic flows.
