Remove or improve LabelPlacementExample

The LabelPlacementExample example added in #286 needs to be adapted into a real example or removed from this project.

@colleenmcginnis mentioned that she’s working on guideish thing on this topic and that this particular example would be useful to be able to link to. @fabian-guerra @chloekraw any updates on when this can be prioritized?

Thank you @friedbunny. I'd like to link to an iOS-platform-specific example from the guide I'm working on for the /help page, which talks through some high-level label placement concepts. We can move forward with just web and Android examples, but it would be nice to have one for iOS, too.
