Tagged commits vs. template snapshots

When you make a tag of this repo, incrementing the version value in package.json, it breaks snapshot tests. See https://travis-ci.org/mapbox/ecs-watchbot/jobs/448992966#L966-L967

Is there some way we could avoid this in the future? Can our snapshots ignore mismatches to these AlarmDescriptions somehow?
