Support for .heic files

There are some sites like https://dynamicwallpaper.club/ and http://dynwalls.com/, which provide some awesome dynamic wallpapers. The only problem is that they are in .heic formats supported by macOS only. I think it's possible to extract images from them, as it's being done in this package https://github.com/boi4/dynwalls.

It would be awesome if we could take the .heic file as input, and generate the equivalent .XML file as output for ease of use in Gnome.
