Add option to disable confirmation prompts

Is it possible to disable the new confirmation prompts? I'm working on importing over 100k models, and the additional confirmation prompts has really added a lot of additional clicking & time to my flow. It would be nice if these could be enabled/disabled, via the site settings.

The biggest one is the scan for new files, the 2nd would be the one about organizing files (but that one isn't new). I understand why you added it, it would just be nice if it could be disabled, especially in a single user environment.
