Set a default landing page

@coderofsalvation do you think this is best per-user, or site-wide? Or a site-wide default that a user can override?

I was thinking site-wide, but didn't realize that an user override would be possible. I like that too...because after onboarding (site-wide) the user might prefer a different starting page.

Yeah, I've got a few things that have both as an option, so it can definitely be done.
