Can't edit S3 bucket settings after creating library

Describe the bug It's not possible to edit S3 storage service settings after creating library. This forces the user to delete and recreate library if any of the settings needs to be changed, for example spelling error in bucket name. Manyfold doesn't check if the bucket actually works before someone tries to upload files in it, so this might not be noticed immediately.

To Reproduce Create library using S3 storage. Attempt to change any storage settings without deleting library.

Expected behavior I'm able to edit S3 bucket settings after creating library. Specifically endpoint url, bucket name, region, access key ID and secret access key. Alternatively, Manyfold checks if S3 bucket is usable before saying library is ok and created.
