Forbid Organizing When Files Are Missing or Empty

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If a model has missing files or empty directories, organizing it to the correct path silently fails.

Describe the solution you'd like Disable the organize button or fail the organize early with a message to the user.

Describe alternatives you've considered I've gotten into the habit of clearing out missing file problems before organizing, but that's not a fail-proof solution.
